We had an amazing stay at Qoya Hotel! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff made us feel extremely welcome and their friendliness added to the overall positive experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with unique architecture and comfortable rooms. The automated lights controlled via the website were a brilliant feature. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a great location for exploring the city. It was in a safe area with easy access to a shopping center. the room had modern facilities and a cozy bathroom. the service was top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. the breakfast spread was a highlight with delicious pastries and attentive servers.

The hotel could improve on restocking the mini fridge more frequently who stay up late and need a midnight snack.

The concierge gave us a information about a trip to Morettes city with a tourism agency that is very bad. It is not understable to a Hotel like Sheraton.

The hotel is situated in a great location close to excellent restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requests. The comfortable beds were a pleasure to sleep in and helped us recharge for the day ahead.

The lighting in the room was a bit too dim for our liking, making it difficult to read or get ready in the evening. Housekeeping services could have been more attentive, as there were a few small details overlooked during our stay.
